Performance Awards Review System (PARS) Training
Supervisors will learn the goals and background of the Department of Navy PARS, and will gain an understanding of roles and responsibilities throughout the performance management process (planning, monitoring, developing, rating, and rewarding). We will also go over end of year supervisory responsibilities and offer hands on advice and assistance.
Who should attend: All Supervisors (Civilian and Military) in the position as the rating official of bargaining unit Civilian employee(s)
