Performance Plan

Individual Development Plan (IDP)

Use these tools as a refesher on how to set up your Individual Development Plan (IDP). Use the Individual Development Plan (IDP) template to create and submit your development plan. A discussion of possible training sources and a downloadable training application (SF-182) are provided to further assist you.

You will need to fill out an SF-182 form in order to apply for funding for your training. Be sure to fill it out in strict compliance with the instructions provided on page 2, and have it signed by your supervisor. The SAID Codes are provided to assist you in filling out the SF-182.

Mass Transportation Benefit Plan (MTBP)

For Washington DC / National Capitol Region Commuters
